Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1: Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

This Agreement is concluded electronically under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Article 2: Subject

The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website www.magnetcraft.co in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3: Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s) subject to sale are as follows:

Article 4: Delivery and Performance

4.1. The product(s) shall be delivered to the Buyer’s specified address within [e.g., 3–5 business days] following the confirmation of the order by the Buyer.

4.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product(s), without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period, and the product(s) must be unused and in resalable condition.

Article 6: Confidentiality

6.1. The information provided by the Buyer during the purchase process shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with the Buyer’s consent.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution

7.1. In the event of any dispute arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the competent authorities shall be the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence.

Article 8: Enforcement

8.1. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement and approved it electronically.
